Although the communication cites talks between Consumer’s operational leadership and the CWU, Prospect is being consulted separately about what this may mean for Team Leaders. We have urged the business to be considerate of individual preferences when introducing any proposed changes, and to show due regard to BT’s work-life balance and family friendly policies. As these proposals are still being worked out we can’t say at this stage exactly what the impact on Team Leaders will be, but we’ll continue to consult with the business over the next few weeks and will update you again in due course.
