The Company will be advised of the result today and members who were previously TUPE’d from BT will have their pay award backdated to April 1st 2012.
Prospect has received a lot of feedback from members about the need for greater clarity about the market ranges on which its pay arrangements are predicated. The union will be approaching the company with a view to seeking greater clarity on its approach to market rates in future pay negotiations.
