Prospect Fusion Energy Branch
The Fusion Energy Branch supports employees in The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority with a Committee consisting of 13 local representatives. There is also a full-time Prospect negotiator based in regional offices at Chetsey. For CCFE our full-time Prospect negotiator is on hand when our local reps require support and advice on serious, complex or unusual issues. The Prospect website is available here, and for Fusion Energy Branch members only, our eBranch is available here (first time users need to register in order to view additional content).

The Prospect Fusion Energy Branch is here to look after your interests at work and make sure they’re not overlooked. We will always seek to work constructively with CCFE, because that’s usually the best way forward. But at the end of the day, members are our priority.
We aim to:
· protect your occupational pension
· protect you against unfair treatment by CCFE.
· look after your health and safety at work.
· enhance your career.
· promote learning in the workplace
· promote fairness and equal opportunities in the workplace and beyond.
A union gives you strength in numbers, building a collective voice with your colleagues. It’s much more effective to work together than as individuals. We will use our collective strength to persuade CCFE to change things for the better.
