Prospect Civil Service Pay Survey
Make Your Views Count
As part of the Prospect Payback Campaign we are launching a members survey to find out what you think about the Civil Service.  The results of this survey will help us to provide an authoritative snapshot of Prospect members' views about how they feel they are treated at work.  We intend to use the survey to highlight your concerns to Ministers and MPs and to identify those issues that you think Prospect should prioritise.
All replies will be dealt with in confidence.

The survey is divided into four sections and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
Section 1: Do you feel valued?
Section 2: Your pay structure
Section 3: Your employment and expertise
Section 4: About you

The majority of questions require a single response, other options will be clearly marked.  Some of your responses will generate a text box where you can provide more information if you wish with a suggested word limit.  There are a small number of questions that require a response to proceed with the survey, your response to these questions will assist us with the analysis of the results.  At the end of the survey there is a comment box to capture any issues that you feel have not been adequately covered elsewhere.

Click the 'next' button at the end of each page to move you forward, click 'submit' on the final page to complete the survey.
