BT to move to six monthly ratings as part of new approach to performance

Moving to twice yearly ratings has been a key demand for Prospect and so we welcome the agreement by BT to make this change from April 2015. Ratings will only take place in Q2 and at year end.

Equal Pay - January 2015

We have agreed with BT how the 0.3% of paybill for equal pay will be spent in January 2015. Increases will be paid to people paid below different cut off points confirmed as eligible in the validation process.

Prospect today condemned the claims made by Margaret Hodge, the chair of the Commons public accounts committee, that BT is “exploiting its monopoly position to the detriment of the taxpayer.”
