Further to the O2 Partnership announcement today 24 June 2015 Prospect have been in meetings with Capita in recent weeks about the DVR programme that will open tomorrow 25 June 2015. Here is a summary of our discussions and key updates to date.

Meetings with Senior Managers
Members of the Prospect TSO Industrial Relations Committee (IRC) have had a series of meetings recently with Directors of various Business Units and other senior managers to discuss their plans for this financial year and the main IR and workplace issues facing Prospect members.

We have agreed with BT how the 0.3% of paybill for equal pay will be spent in January 2015. Increases will be paid to people paid below different cut off points confirmed as eligible in the validation process.
