Moving to twice yearly ratings has been a key demand for Prospect and so we welcome the agreement by BT to make this change from April 2015. Ratings will only take place in Q2 and at year end.

Business Improvement Capability Development programme

BT has announced that all people confirmed as working in Business improvement and Business Transformation roles will be going through assessment centres in the coming months.
