The ballot on BT's pay offer closed at midnight last night. Here are the results.

Prospect has today (Wednesday) welcomed the news that BT is to create more than 400 jobs through the launch of its new sports TV service, BT Sport.

This year, Work Your Proper Hours Day is 1 March. According to the TUC this is the date at which the average worker who did all their unpaid hours at the start of the year would start getting paid.

BT has invited Prospect to take part in some diagnostic work to consider some of the challenges around performance management.

You recently elected a new Industrial Relations Committee in BT Retail. You can find out more about your BT Retail IRC here.

After consultations with members the union submitted a pay claim for 2012 based upon the prevailing RPI figure. Your Prospect representatives met with the company in June to discuss the claim and have this week received an offer in respect of 2012 pay.

KCOM have confirmed with Prospect that they will be undertaking a different approach to the 2012 Pay Review.

We have been informed by Openreach of their intention to re-structure  the SOM and OM team organisation on the back of refreshing the work/manager taskforce system estate.

Prospect has had meetings with BT to discuss the application of pay for the Case Management team transferred into BT from Accenture last year.
