Ericsson Managed services (non-recognised)
Prospect has members throughout the managed services of Ericsson covering a variety of units in the company. Through previous negotiations and TUPE transfers some areas of the company are covered by recognition agreements which cover wider collective industrial matters.
Prospect members in the other areas of Ericsson still enjoy full individual advice and support from their union and benefit from a growing focus on the wider collective industrial issues currently being managed by their colleagues in the recognised areas.
The aim of Prospect and their members is for all employees of a company to be collectively recognised and represented.
To spread this aim in Ericsson members in the current non-recognised areas of Ericsson are speaking to their colleagues and encouraging them to join.
Through increased membership and greater organisation members are working towards more positive industrial outcomes for them and employees of Ericsson.
