Prospect has a dedicated team to help and support members who work in the new organisation.

We have a strong record in representing employees in T-Mobile and we also have members in many areas of Orange.

Prospect members work across the mobile telecommunications industry, in companies such as O2, Vodafone and Ericsson. We have links internationally with both Deutsche Telecom and France Telecom, through UNI (Unions Network International). In the UK, we work to ensure government policy affecting your industry takes into account the interest of employees.

Bringing together two organisations can be difficult. Because Prospect has members in both T-Mobile and Orange, we can have an overview of both sets of terms and conditions and policies and can advise members accordingly.

We also have experience of dealing with everyday work-related issues such as performance management, targets, working hours, pensions, pay and bonus.

We can provide information on issues that matter to you, and support our members through difficulties at work, from expert advice to help you help yourself, to accompanying members to disciplinary and grievance meetings.

Q. My contract has been changed from Orange/T-mobile to 'everything-everywhere' - What does this mean?

A. You would benefit from being a member of Prospect. We have experience dealing with transfers of employment (TUPE). If you have any specific concerns Prospect members can contact our helpdesk for advice. Prospect members can also access the free guide to TUPE arrangements.
