Moving around BT Agreement

Reorganisations with accompanying changes to an individuals role occurr frequently in BT. This can mean that people are placed in the BT Transition Centre (BTTC) while they search for an appropriate new role, or that BT seek to deploy them in a new area. To protect the terms and conditions of members who find themselves in such a situation when organisational change means there is no requirement for their former role we have negotiated with BT an agreement on the Effective Deployment of Displaced Individuals (EDDI).
