BT Disciplinary Agreement

The Agreements on this page relate to disciplinary policies that operate in BT. Please talk in confidence to your local branch rep or our Help Desk on 020 8971 6060 if you need formal or informal advice about what these documents mean and how their provisions may affect you. It is particularly important that you contact the union at an early stage if you are considering taking a grievance or if you are subjected to disciplinary action. Please do not take any action without taking some advice because if you do the wrong thing, it may prejudice the outcome of your grievance or disciplinary.
