Airwave

Prospect has represented managerial and professional grades in Airwave for many years, following the business transition from part of BT, to the O2 group, and more recently as an independent business. We meet regularly with the company to negotiate on key issues such as pay, grading, re-organisations and so on. We also support individuals which is a confidential service available to members of the union, regardless of grade within the managerial and professional population.

Prospect is a union run for members, by members. We have a regular dialogue with the company so we encourage all our members to keep in touch, let us have your views and ideas, and encourage your colleagues to join the union to ensure we're as representative as possible.
