Environment Agency

Prospect is the recognised union for professionals within the Environment Agency. That means that your representatives, elected by you the members, negotiate on things like pay, terms and conditions of service and change, as well as supporting invidual members who may be experiencing problems at work. There is an active branch committee and representatives you can speak to for advice who are in turn supported by a full time officer. Prospect has an excellent record of effective negotiation with the Environment Agency which provides an independent voice on behalf of our members.
