2010 national conference

Prospect's 2010 national conference will be held at the BT Convention Centre, Liverpool, from Wednesday 2 June until Friday 4 June.

The timetable is:
4 January - calling notice
3 March - deadline for submission of motions and nominations
28 April - deadline for issue of final agenda and Annual Report
26 May - closing date for references back to the Annual Report from branches
2 June - ballot at conference for standing orders committee, TUC and presidential team if necessary

Conference papers will be sent electronically for 2010 except for the final agenda and relevant documents. If any branch prefers a hard copy of the calling notice, please email Beryl Brine.

NEC elections

NEC elections will take place in 2010 for the term to run from the end of conference until conference 2012. The timetable is:
3 March - Deadline for nominations noon
31 March - NEC ballot starts
28 April - NEC ballot closes
