PCSPS civil service pensions changes 2004-2007

These documents trace activity on civil service pensions from 2004, when the government produced a document called 'building a sustainable future'. This made specific proposals for change in the PCSPS. Unions spent the next two years negotiating improvements to those proposals. All documents relating to the final proposals are contained in a separate folder - PCSPS pensions ballot, June-July 2007
