An Eventful Year in Telefonica

2012 has been a year of change for many Telefónica employees. Prospect has been involved in negotiations over pensions, TUPE transfers, reorganisation, redundancies, changes to procedures/processes as well as taking up individual issues on behalf of members. Looking forward to next year all the signs are 2013 is going to be even busier.

Divided equality judgement disappoints

Prospect has today expressed dismay at an equal pay ruling by the Court of Appeal in favour of the Audit Commission, even though the lead judge supported the union's claim of indirect sex discrimination on behalf of nine female employees.
