2012 has been a year of change for many Telefónica employees. Prospect has been involved in negotiations over pensions, TUPE transfers, reorganisation, redundancies, changes to procedures/processes as well as taking up individual issues on behalf of members. Looking forward to next year all the signs are 2013 is going to be even busier.

As we approach the end of 2012 it is worth looking back over what has been an incredibly busy year, both for members working in Openreach and for your Prospect Reps.

Prospect have been informed of, and have held discussions on, Computacenter’s wish to change the Dependants Death in Service Pension Scheme (DDISP) provisions. 

Prospect today said it will seek early talks with Capita, the preferred bidder successfully selected to run the Fire Service College in Gloucestershire.

Prospect has today expressed dismay at an equal pay ruling by the Court of Appeal in favour of the Audit Commission, even though the lead judge supported the union's claim of indirect sex discrimination on behalf of nine female employees.
