Prospect responds to a possible over payment of bonus in Ericsson

Ericsson has informed Prospect that it is investigating the payment of STV (bonus) to ex-Vodafone employees as they believe that part of the payment may have been made incorrectly.  We have not been party to these STV calculations so can’t comment on whether or not there has been an error on the part of the employer on what is a discretionary bonus.  Prospect’s view is that the situation is wholly unacceptable and is causing many of our members’ significant concerns.

Prospect members win equal pay

Over 180 staff at the Intellectual Property Office will have their pay increased by £8,000 or to the maximum of the grade after a long running equal pay case was settled the day before the Employment Tribunal hearing.

Outcome of the NOC Consultation

Following Prospect’s submission to KCOM’s consultation the company has revised their proposals for changes to terms and conditions and the overtime process for those working at the National Operations Centre in Hemel.

BT RF proposed pay settlement

24 April 2013

Prospect is recommending that members in BT vote to accept the proposed pay deal for Reward Framework people. An eBallot begins on 1 May.
