Provided by Affinity Select Insurance Services Limited, insurance products on offer include Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, Employers’ Liability, Commercial Combined (property and contents), Landlords’, Property Owners’ Portfolio, Directors’ and Officers’ and Commercial Legal Expenses.

These services cater for the most straightforward shop, office or management consultant to the more unusual – members with expertise in asbestos, nuclear, high voltage power or counter-espionage and close protection.

Foreign properties and holiday homes insurance

An ever-increasing number of Prospect members are buying holiday homes and property abroad. Whether these purchases are second homes or investments, they have one thing in common – the vital need for specialised insurance to protect them.

Prospect Members’ Services offers cover for overseas property owners via specialist provider Affinity Select Insurance Services Limited (ASIS Ltd). ASIS Ltd can arrange cover whether you occupy your holiday home or intend to rent it out on short-term holiday lets.

Our European Holiday Homes policy* includes:

• emergency helpline in the UK
• bilingual loss adjusters to help with your claim
• foreign laws, overseas taxes and regulations dealt with on your behalf
