Union Learning Fund
The Union Learning Fund (ULF) provides funding to help trade unions use their influence with employers, employees and others to encourage greater take-up of learning at work, and boost their capacity as learning organisations.
Prospect Research and Specialist Services (RSS) has successfully run a series of ULF projects since 1999, and found that they encourage innovative ways of working in partnership with employers, other unions and professional bodies. However, ULF projects involve contractual commitments, and managing them takes time. Prospect reps thinking of applying for funding should therefore first contact RSS for advice and support.
