International women's day: lunchtime event, 6 March

Details of a lunchtime event Prospect is holding on 6 March in London to mark International Women's Day 2009. There will be presentations from from Banana Link (the organisation campaigning for a fair and sustainable banana trade) and TUC Aid (a trade union charity for working people in need throughout the world), plus talks about the survivors of human trafficking, and women affected/infected with HIV/AIDS in Nepal.
