LegalLine is a telephone service for members on non-employment related matters run by our solicitors, Russell Jones & Walker.

This free advice service is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to answer your legal queries. Qualified advisers staff the phones and will advise on consumer problems, debt, housing, wills and estates, family, divorce and crime.

Advice will only be given by phone and you must provide a Prospect membership number. This service is open to working and retired members of Prospect in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. It is also available to their spouses, partners and financially dependant members of the immediate family.

Personal injury and employment-related issues will be referred to the union - please contact your full-time officer if you are calling about these issues.
