Clinical negligence

If a member, their spouse, partner or any financially dependant member of their immediate family suffers injury as a result of alleged negligence by a member of the medical profession, they may be able to seek damages.

Prospect will refer cases to its solicitors for advice. They will investigate the case and advise on the chances of success in England and Wales. If appropriate they will take the case under a conditional fee arrangement.
