Handling Cases - Harassment & Bullying
In order to successfully undertake this course, you must be an experienced personal case handler and/or have completed Prospect’s general Handling Cases in your Workplace course.
The course will help you to
identify harassment and bullying in
the workplace, understand its
impact on colleagues and understand
the law as it affects workplace
harassment/bullying. The course
will also help you to design and
analyse workplace policies and
procedures and understand the role
of trade union reps in eradicating
harassment/bullying.
This course is for you if:
· You have successfully
completed one of the Prospect or
Connect case handling courses and
have had some experience of putting
your learning into practice.
This is a 2-day residential course.
