Prospect members are organised in workplace branches based around their employer, with large branches being broken down into sections. Most work-related issues are dealt with locally by the branch or section.

At a national level we have an executive committee plus a number of specialist sub-committees dealing with issues such as health and safety, equal opportunities and pensions.

But with more than 100,000 members working across 300+ employers, and specialisms ranging from palaeontology to project management. Prospect is always looking for new ways to represent their interests. See the branches, groups and networks area of the site for more information.
